Who's still going to the Tournament this weekend?

Now that our squad got buzzkilled over the weekend, just wondering who is still going to the Frozen Faceoff this weekend?!?! I won the full-tourney package on "80s Night" for my "Slash" get-up, and the gal and I got a hotel room for Friday night hoping the Huskies would qualify. Now that they are out, we're still going (making lemonade outta lemons thing, LOL!) and gonna have a good time, but just wondering who else is gonna "represent"?!?! Any fan gatherings or anything going on? Brian

Since ticket sales were so crappy I just waited to see to make sure they made it. I am glad I did.

Ditto, but now I'm seriously considering a ticket to the St. Paul regional if SCSU gets placed there. Silver lining... I guess.

The Skeeterman's and the Boomers will be there along with four other friends. Our tickets are in Row 1 of section 210--around the blue line. Although we should have our pick of other good seats!

Should be four great games--all the participants will need to either win the tourney to keep playing, or in UND's case, need to win at least one game.

Had a ticket sold it on Stubhub today because North Dakota fans are fools with money. Might still go and get a ticket on the street for $10-15 from someone looking to unload them. Miami North Dakota game should be great but I have other plans and would only get to see about the first period.

I will be there. Had it planned for months so it's too late to back out. If we get placed in St Paul I may regret it.

Our Final Five group bought tickets. Section 131 but we are hockey rubes and go every year no matter what. Great hockey for the price.

I believe we are in section 211 (don't have the tickets in front of me at the moment), row P... I think we are center-ice. Really bites that our team isn't there, but the tickets were free, and we're meeting one of my best HS buddies for lunch on Saturday before the games, and the hockey action should be entertaining, so it'll be fun. Pains me to say it, but I've decided to root for Miami this weekend, so I can cheer against the Sioux Friday night and root for an underdog.

Just because our Huskies aren't playing. Doesn't mean there won't be great college hockey. 8 of us go every year regardless of who's playing. With no Huskies, no pressure Still very enjoyable. Support the league and go to this tourney. Upper level package for $60.00. It's a great deal.

My wife and I would, but have family stuff already planned. They're flying in from out west, so I can't really go to hockey anyway. lol
