Another important conference series.
Huskies were swept out in Denver and the CC Tigers split with Omaha last weekend. Leclerc had 41 saves in a shutout Saturday.
The Tigers have swept (Alaska Anchorage) or split (Vermont, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Miami and Omaha) all of their opponents so far and look to be a much improved team.
Time to get to work and see how this team responds.

Huge Series, which is kind of weird to say/type when it's CC involved lol
The Tigers are night-and-day better than they were at the beginning of the NCHC-era of college hockey (and before, though I've only been following since 11-12) so this isn't the gimme/pick-me-up following such a disappointing weekend it would've been as recently as 2 years ago.
I KNOW Bob and the boys will put in the work and have the team playing Husky Hockey again, the question is simply how bad do the boys want to avenge themselves and get the season back on track.
If we play to the level we all know we're capable of I think an angry and frustrated Husky team buries CC under a mountain of Goals
Seriously though, Mike Haviland deserves a TON of credit for the amazing job he's done in making Colorado College a legit threat again; they're playing the best hockey they've played in who knows how long and beating teams who in the past would've hammered them. There's no shame if we lose a game this weekend, so long as we don't lose both.

Actually, they even have flipped results for the first game ever albeit by the same score; SCSU says the Tigers won 5-2 on 1/23/89 @CC, CC says the Huskies won 5-2 the same date.

Great game tonight, exactly what I was hoping for after last weekend.
On a side note, I have been very impressed with the new NCHC tv mobile app. Great streaming quality. I also found out tonight while using at home for the first time, a single click and it started streaming in perfect HD straight to my TV.

Fantastic game, Huskies win 6-1!!
The guys played EXACTLY as they needed to coming off of last weekend and showed what Husky Hockey is all about
Easton shows why his last name is Brodzinski on the first Goal, talk about a highlight-reel Goal! Then he adds an Assist for his first Career Multi-Point Game!
2 Goals in under a minute a couple minutes later, and CC's All-Everything Goalie was pulled and done for the night!! Fantastic start and the guys just took care of business from there
And how about RobbyJ? A NINE Game Point Streak now!
