Not really, they just choose to play 5 defensemen mainly and rarely dress a 6th one
Hes behind Pronger, Niedermeyer, Whitney, Beauchemin, Festerling, Wisniewski, and brookbank. Hes not gonna see ice time unless they suffer some big time injuries

Seems like I read somewhere (KA's Blog?) that he was suffering from a back injury and didn't play much in the later part of the season.

You read right, hes had back issues for most of the year, he played 51 games in the regular season, hes there more for depth and veteran experience, he has yet to play in the playoffs also, he hasent played a game sense February 26th against Boston, dont expect to see him in the playoffs

Nice effort Cully. Thanks for continually keeping St. Cloud on the map. Versus announcers sure gave some nice praise towrds Cullen all playoffs.
Bill Cowher actually said he is neighbors and friends with Cullen in a Versus interview tonight.

How ironic, he displayed them throughout the playoffs when I was able to watch him, arguably the most successful player the Huskies have had play for them
