I heard he cut back on those Bud Lights from 12 a day to 6 and instead of midnight Pizza deliveries he goes to Subway more often.  :D

Last night the Philadelphia Flyers played their minor league team, the Philadelphia Phantoms. The Phantoms won, Nodl had a goal and Raduns had an assist for the "farm team."

Nodl will be with the big club by Christmas.

Nodl scores his 1st goal of the season assisted by Nate Raduns in a 4-3 Phantoms loss to W-B Scranton.

If the Flyers continue their losing ways to begin the season, I would guess Nodl will be on the big roster come November.

Did I miss something on Hedican? Did he retire? I see Gleason was wearing his #6 the other night for the Canes.

And they were still there today as well. Who knows about tomorrow though, I sure don't. And won't, as I'll be leaving St. Cloud for Madison at around 5am... but I'm leaving my usual influances on a select few people to carry out the weekend ;D

It's almost like it's something bigger than yourself.

Uh, one thing I'm wondering from the info KA posted in his blog about the call up

Flyers coach John Stevens likes that Nodl is defensively sound, which quite often, is a problem among prospects.

Since when is Noodles defensively sound?

Parrish has signed a 25 game tryout contract with Bridgeport. Any NHL team can still sign him during this period if they wish.
