I'm going to miss next week, I'm heading up to the North Shore but I won't be getting back until Monday. I'm not sure if Sniper is going to be back next week or not. If not you'll have to get someone to fill his spot on the first line.

I'd love to play, I just need to know when the game is.

My flight from Vegas gets in at 2:20, so I'm guessing that the game time isn't going to be a problem.

Sure, you couldn't check for yourself, could you? ;)

Nathan - I booked an icetime on POI for next wednesday, if you are interested.

Same with any other A4Eers. Let me know if you want to skate next wednesday from 10:10 - 11:40. I will count you guys against our total.

Excellent game last night. Chris, Ben and Greg scored all the goals, but more than any other game we played so far, last night was a total team effort. Every single person contributed. Great game Mike. Once again, you came up big.

If we win two of the final three games (a very realistic possibility I might add), we'd finish the season with a winning record. Quite an accomplishment considering our humble beginnings.

Guys I am so, so sorry I missed last night's game.

When my mom told me that our flight got in at 2:35, I assumed she meant 2:35 PM, however, it was the red eye out of Vegas, which got us in at 2:35 AM. I feel so badly, not that you needed me anyway from the sound of things. Damn, I wish I could've been there for the ass-whooping.

Lord knows I would've rather been playing hockey than stuck in Las Vegas. I have no idea why people would go back to that place. Ugh.

Don't worry about it.  We got Tim Johnson to sub at the last minute, giving us two full lines of forwards and defensemen.

To be fair, it wasn't quite the ass-whooping the score would indicate.  It was 3-3 until about 10 minutes left in the third period.  That's about the time their best player got tossed out of the game for lipping off to the ref.  We took the lead for good shortly after that.  We also got two empty netters in the last minute of the game.

We should've done something for Chris's hattrick. That was our first one, correct?

Hey... anything can happen. Especially if we play tough D. Look what we did against Old School. We almost tied those guys, and they outplayed us pretty badly.

The always outdated standings at the SuperRink said the Ice Dogs' record was 1-3. They also played three of the better teams (Deuces, Ankle Benders and Old School) in their first four games, so their record was probably a little misleading. I'm assuming they're about .500 now.
