Yes!!! I would definitely be up for that. I'm not sure how many other people would be willing to fork over the extra money though. Perhaps if we mention that it'll save the team money in terms of not having to buy new jerseys every session then people will be more interested.

Also, perhaps we could have a fundraiser similar to what Nick and Brad's softball team had. I'd help with that planning.

and thats why i love you.

it does save the team 50 bucks each session, so thats like 3 bucks a session per person, so really, in 26 short sessions, the jerseys will pay for themselves. maybe if i go that angle ill work it alittle dif ;D

i think i could get a couple sponsors of a couple hundred bucks a pop or something, but then itd have to have screen printing on the bottom of it, where as i dont really think 80 bucks is a bad price to begin with anyways...

im really wanting to do this though.

Aww, I love you too.

I wasn't planning on mentioning how much the team would save per session, just that we would. Besides, all anyone would need to do to get their money back in full is to commit to our team for a little over 8 years or so. ;D

No, 80 bucks isn't bad. Especially when you'd pay more than that for a nice NHL jersey. These would obviously be a lot more functional.

We could do it like Amway. Make it a pyramid scheme. ;D

Well, I didn't hear everyone's answers, but it didn't sound like everyone was too enthused to get custom jerseys. I would imagine it's a money thing, which probably means we'd need at least a sponsor or two to make it cheaper.

If we need 16 jerseys at 80 a pop, that would total 1280. So, we'd probably want to try and whittle that down by 500 or 600 bucks to get more people interested. Nick, you said you could maybe get a sponsor or two, what do you think they would be in for? What about a beer bust or casino trip in combination with a sponsor? I still want to do this.
