I agree. He can't sit out a year. He either has to play in Europe, or be willing to sign a two-way contract.

I think there are still a few accountants going through TB's receipts to see what he spent more money on during his 7 year attempt at earning a Bachelor's degree: tuition, booze, or cigarettes.

TB thinks anyone who doesn't start each sentence with "F**king Dahl" is a traitor.  ;D He also thinks private schools are inherently evil as they steal all of those high-end hockey players from Irondale.  ::)  If it weren't for Totino-Grace, Benilde, St. Thomas, and Hill-Murray the Knights would ret...

When you bid for a regional you include a guaranteed dollar figure that you can deliver to the NCAAs. All the arenas you just mentioned, because they're larger, can guarantee a better gate than we can. Omaha has a rink that's more than big enough for a regional, but they know they won't draw a crowd...

We can't fill a 10,000 seat arena every weekend. The current capacity is fine. I can understand adding seats to the practice rink. They host youth tournaments as well and there is nowhere for spectators to sit to watch games.

Wow, TB said something I actually agree with. :o Another year of juniors would have been ideal for Dey. He and Garrity put up big numbers for North St. Paul, but they were out there every other shift and their conference is awful. Aside from Hill-Murray, St. Thomas Academy, and the occasional good s...

Not to be a Wild apologist, but isn't that what Risebrough and co. were saying about this year's free agent crop? A thin group combined with a higher cap equates to many teams overpaying for the talent that's out there. Rolston was considered one of the top free agent forwards. Wild wanted to sign h...
